The Balinese Rendang wasn’t really to my taste, and the 8 Spices dish was slightly overcooked, giving a bitter note. The kuih was nice, though the Seri Muka was a bit too sweet for me. Overall, I’d rate the food 8/10. What truly stood out was the hospitality. From the moment I walked in until I left, a staff member named Safia assisted us with genuine warmth. She explained the menu clearly, was attentive, and showed excellent customer service. Definitely 10+/10 for her effort. Parking can be a challenge, though I was lucky to find a spot since it wasn’t busy. The ambience is comfortable and artsy, with thoughtful design touches on the menu and walls. One suggestion would be to install a proper entrance door, as the flies were a bit disturbing, most likely due to the rubbish area just outside the café. Overall, a good experience with the excellent service being the highlight. ”

This is a dish that could have been a gimmick, but it's executed with absolute perfection. The biryani rice itself is fragrant, beautifully spiced, and each grain is separate and fluffy. But the real showstopper is the fried chicken. It's placed majestically on top – incredibly crispy and well-seasoned on the outside, while remaining unbelievably juicy and tender on the inside. The combination of the aromatic rice with the crunchy, savory chicken is a textural and flavorful dream come true. It’s a must-try for any biryani or fried chicken lover. And just when I thought it couldn't get better, we had the Chendol for dessert. It was the perfect way to end the meal. The shaved ice was wonderfully fine, the gula melaka (palm sugar) was rich and not overly sweet, and the creamy coconut milk balanced everything beautifully. The green rice flour jellies had a nice bite, and the generous serving of red beans was a lovely, hearty touch. It was refreshing, authentic, and the ideal contrast to the spicy, savory biryani.
